Like them all, Tulane returns their two leading scorers, two leading assist men, and two leading rebounders. St marys is always a good squad and returns their best player. Long beach returns their 4 best players which include two pretty solid transfers and a couple kids from the NYC area. Schedule is shaping up nicely.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

The St. Mary's game is interesting.  I assume it is a return game from Lavin's first year when they played St. Mary's during the opening night ESPN marathon (that game was on at like 1 AM NY time).

The other thing is does that game get played at MSG?  St. Mary's certainly warrants it with their consistent play over the last 10 years or so but I'm not sure if they have a fan base in the area or that will travel.

I'd have to think the game will be in Queens.

One of the biggest scheduling mistakes last year was not having any true road games before conference play started. I think it hurt the team out of the gate in BE play.
Hopefully its a mistake they dont repeat

Well Syracuse is on our schedule so that's a true road game.

@LBST 2015 will most definitely either be on the way or returning from Maui. Too many miles, too much in expenses to think otherwise.

One thing that always jumps out to me in OOC scheduling is finding out which coaches are actually friendly and respect one another enough to matchup. Randy Bennett, Dan Monson, Bo Ryan, great basketball minds. I like the company Lavs keeps.

Having the chance to beat Cuse and Zags in the same year is defiantly something to get excited about. Cuse has been torturing us for years and the Zags have crushed our NCAA dreams (especially when we were #2 in 2000)...Let's get our shite together this year and make it a great year!

Credit to Lavin for learning his mistakes from last year and challenging his team for this year.

Yea, but there are so many kids from NY who go to SU, won't that really be like a home game for us?

"The Red Storm have been a different team over the past two years when the 6-5 Pointer (5.9 points, 3.2 rebounds last season) has played expanded minutes at power forward and he should now have that type of opportunity next season with the departure of JaKarr Sampson, who left St. John's early for the NBA."  Is this true?  Anyone know the +/- with dom at the 4?
