What a fun win.  Good crowd, and the game was never in doubt.

Phil deserves all the credit in the world.  6-7 from 3pt?  Awesome.  Kudos to him

Greene's timely three pointers ensured that this never became a close game.

Branch!

I agree, he was masterful going to the hoop and running the offense. Greene hit so many key shots when it looked as if GU was going to make a run.

All Phil Greene does is hit big shots when this team needs him most. The most consistent long range, clutch shooter on this team.

did you really put harrison as an option?

Greene was awesome but I went with Pointer, because not only did he put up 22 points I believe, so slightly less than Greene, he was, as usual, very active on both ends of the floor.

Greene ...color of money!

Greene - his big shots in the second half were daggers.  Dom was great, and so was Branch, but Phil with his scoring and 6 rebounds.

Very impressed with our rebounding overall today.

So happy for the seniors.

Remember the arguments about whether or not Phil Greene was a good shooter/player?  ;)

Phil Greene Basketball! All day today, that was awesome.

Branch was great as well. Hope he's not too hurt.

The dynamic duo of Phil and Dom strikes again.  This time with the Octagon taking the top spot in an iron man 40 minute effort.

A career high 26 points shooting 60% from the field.  A career high 6 three pointers made on a Dunham like 6 for 7...86%. (not a misprint)
A team high 7 rebounds, 2 assists to only one turnover plus a steal.  He out Costco'd the Unicorn.

Solidifies his almost certain all-conference selection.

Or as leading St. John's basketball bloggers would describe it...He Stinks!

It takes a very big person,
To admit when they were wrong,
To possibly tell another that they were right,
In word or possibly even, a sweetly sung love song.

To stand up and admit ones failings,
Isn’t that easy of any human task,
But the feeling of another’s forgiveness,
Is what really, will come at last.

So this coming, ”New Years Day, ”
Phone someone if just to say,
That you were wrong, and ask forgiveness,
And start together, a brand new, ” New Years” kind of a way!

It's Phil but Dom was awesome again. Quiet 24 points as we are all getting so used to it now. Dom should finally win big east player of the week.

Jamal and Sheed played awesome.  Sheed not being the topic of conversation is a good thing.  He's playing awesome.

Sheeds been doing less lately and it's been perfect for him. Less is more for him. He's efficient now.
