Don't get excited Baldi this has nothing to do with Cruise and Kilmer playing topless volleyball. Top Gun is a cool idea that I believe my friend invented to gamble on the NCAA tourney. Basically you get a group of guys to draft 10 players from the NCAA tourney teams. Whomever's 10 players score the most points at the end of the tourney wins the pot. Draft works the same way as any roto draft with the last pick of the first round getting the first pick in the second round and so forth, otherwise known as serpentine drafting.
