Yes- we messed up with the extension but to pretend he "represented the program in a First Class Manner" justifying an additional $45.6 million in punitive damages is a joke. We had academic suspensions and disciplinary issues. Greedy old man. Go home.

He represented the university well...  To be run out like a dog is a bad look.  Give him the money and get ride of the AD who extended him for no reason.
