New York 2008 Prospect Still Available

An update on the recruiting status of Peter Diffley ...
Pete Diffley, a 6-foot-8, 230-pound senior post player from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Va. is still available.
Diffley, a native of Bellerose, Queens, took an official visit to the University of Tampa (Fla.) from April 16-18, according to his father, Jack. Iona is one program that has been in contact. Diffley worked out for their coaching staff a few weeks back.
Diffley averaged 17 points, 11 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks at Episcopal for coach Jim Fitzpatrick this winter.
Diffley attended St. Mary's High School in Manhasset, N.Y., for his first two years of high school. Originally a member of the class of 2007, he transferred into Episcopal after his sophomore year at St. Mary's and reclassified into the class of 2008.
On the AAU circuit, Diffley ran with Kevin Hamilton's New York City Jaguars. He has played at several events over the years, including the Rumble in the Bronx held
