Losing Oladipo makes IU mighty interesting

He is IU's to lose imo

Well it looks like he needs to reschedule his Bama visit because it conflicts with his game on Saturday so he should have time to host in-homes.

Two interesting points:

1) They met already with Crean:

2) Why would Northwestern allow him to go to another Big 10 school? Make his release conditional.  And I know the Big 10 has a similar rule to the Big East in that they don't allow intra-conference transfers.  Although that ruled has been challenged on appeal and the Big 10 has allowed that type of transfer in the case of a coaching change.  See Ben Brust getting released from Iowa in 2010 and being allowed to transfer to Wisconsin.

Hope SH gets him, but looks like a dog fight;

“@SOrangeJuice: With dead period over, 2013 G Jaren Sina visiting the Crimson Tide today. #shbb RT @JarenSina: Just landed in Birmingham #rolltide”

Agree...we need the league to have some buzz...

I have a hunch that the potential hiring of Freddie Hill Jr is an attempt to lock this kid up.

Looks like he wants to visit IU before he makes his final decision:

The Seton Hall guys are saying he's a near lock for SHU.

I know they actually said that a month ago before he even got his release.  I wonder what odds they give:

98.7%: SHU

1.0%: IU

.2%:  Bama

.1%:  NW

I hope he goes there. Whereas before I didnt mind other teams being doormats I want all the new Big East teams to do well.

I cant even believe I'm going to be rooting for Gtown. Damn that's going to be weird

This league is going to be pretty deep.  We could use a steady doormat or two.

Great for the Big East making it more competitive.

it's great for the "new" conference.  the big east can't use bottom feeders.

Thats all well and good.  But every conference has bottom feeders.  So that needs to be realized.

He was a guy I thought we could use.  So thats why I'm not a fan of seeing him play us moving forward.
