To those who are doubting Mullin already in terms of being a guy who has never coached, what are the positives to this hire besides appeasing the boosters?

I only know about him from what I've heard here.  So I understand he's a great recruiter.  Anyone know how he is with X and O's?

PJ would be interesting as X and O guy. Coached him in Barcelona and GS.
