A lot can change in 2 years, but that's a really competitive field.

It is the premiere pre-season Tourney.  And it looks like the Big East (not the AAC) is getting consideration as the 6th "BCS" school.

Maui has a yearly tradition of inviting 1 team from each of the 6 BCS conferences, 1 really good mid-major and then Chaminade as the host school as it 8 invitees.

Kansas (BIg 12), UCLA (PAC 12), Vandy (SEC), Wake Forest (ACC), Indiana (Big 10), SJU (Big East), UNLV (Mid-major conference) and Chaminade.

My buddy from KU just texted me this.  I wish it was next year instead!  We'll be pretty green in 2015.

Who's to say the mountain west isn't the 6th conference and that we aren't the mid major invite? I kid ;)  great to be a part of a tourny like this.

WOW great field just told my wife to start packing. Even if we are green and get our butts kicked by a great field it is still a great thing for the program! this is almost like getting good recruiting news.  :)  :) :)

Chaminade  is just looking forward to the future when the New BE returns to the glory that we built  with the league in the 70's 80's 90's and 00's.  When the time comes they might, as a  Catholic school,
be looking to join in with the rest of their brothers. :)

What a great field.!!Most off these teams have a strong  traditional programs.  St John's will be stepping up and putting itself on top 25. (2014) after this tourney.

Just to be sure we're on the same page.  This tournament is not next November but November 2015.  By that point Harrison, Dom, Branch and Phil will be gone.  Karr and Chris 'should' be Seniors and Jordan 'should' be a junior.  So 2015 might be a rough year for us.

Yeah I have to cover my options :)

I'd be shocked if 1 of the Karr, Chris, Jordan trio is here in 2015, let alone 2 or all 3 of them.  2015 is going to be a big haul in terms of #'s but they will be all first year players

Preseason NIT we have to win games to get to MSG. Imagine if we lost and had to host the consolation games on campus like we did in 2008? What a disaster that was.
