I think this comparison will be pretty goo thing to do after the first 10 games. If you make an excel spreadsheet it shouldn't be that hard to keep track of.....maybe perhaps?? please?

Well on the football update:

We beat Curry this past weekend 38-7!
We are now 11-1 and play @ Mount Union Sat. they are 12-0.

It is down to eight teams now and I think if anyone is going to be able to beat Mount Union it is us but then again i play for Fisher so I am a little bias.  We will see what happens this weekend!

I am hoping for a win on Saturday and then a win over Miami Sunday!

i dont care who loses minutes with mases return as long as it isnt Larry Wright.  Also i do no expect to ever see boothe and geno on the floor again together when mase comes back

Thats because Patterson couldnt miss 1st 4 games from 3 (19 for 38).
AP was all downhill after that.

SJ was 34% from 3 last (entire) year. 1st 3 games of 2007 per above 44%

Through 4 games last year, we had played North Florida, Navy, (2 garbage teams) and Maryland and Texas (2 formidable opponents). While i am impressed with what I see from our team this year (improved athleticism, go-to guy in LW) these are factors that cant possibly be factored in statistically, not to mention can not be used to compare this years team with last, considering  the cup cake NEC schedule we have feasted on thus far. Stat comparisions with last years team are useless as of right now. at least wait 10 games before we start with that

i agree, but most important stat is shooting percentage...the fact that we are shooting better is the key...doesnt matter who we play, as long as we can still shoot as we are

Excellent point.  I agree completely.

However, I will say that this year features 7 freshman (and our "best" player hasn't seen the floor yet).  I'm not saying that balances the comparison, but it accounts for something.

I love the balance on this team.  On any given night, any one of 6 guys could potentially put up 20 if given enough minutes.  Geno, Wright, Mase, Burrell, Kennedy, Horne.

TJ knows his role, Coker will develop (he has talent), and MB can run the show all season as far as I'm concerned.  Wish I got to see more of Cav.

No need to kill yourself after every game, but it is interesting.  Keep up the great work.
