Ron Silver, a St. John's alumnus and actor, died.

He was part of what I believe was the greatest convention coverage ever. While sitting in with Ron Reagan Jr. and Joe Scarborough, Silver got into a heated shouting match with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog--yes, a puppet--and was screaming and finger pointing. They showed the replay of it immediately afterward and busted his balls pretty good about fighting with a puppet.
