Starting 5 09-10?

Im jumping the gun here, but lets sat we sign Omari,Parrom and Lance-what is the starting 5 for next season with Mase gone?

Omari,Parrom,Lance,Burrell,Boothe,Wait,Coker,Kennedy,Horne

Thats a great 5 of the future to choose from right there imo

not to mention evans  rob thomas and the two other frosh this year. if i had to choose it would be boothe dj lance burrell and cocker. paris would be odd man out and i could see he transfering unless he proves himself as a starter this year which i think he can do.

not to spread a rumor or anything, but if that were the case i can see one or two of our sf/sg's transferring.  that may not be a bad thing if we can get a pinkston/collier

DJ will be a 4 year starter for SJU... take it to the bank.. 8) ... btw - u can't really answer this question untill we see who gets our last 'ship(s?) for '09... but for arguements sake let's say it's Lance & Parrom..  ;D :

No doubt... but it could become a "hot topic" once we sign both/either Parrom/Stephenson..  ;) :o :) ;D .. IMHO, if stephenson can get eligible he will be wearing SJU red. Really can't see him passing on the oppurtunity to be "the man" who almost single-handedly put ALL of NYC basketball(knicks included) back on the front pages & the lead story on many a "sportscenter".. 8) ... and all signs point to Parrom being down to SJU & Xavier. His best friend is already coming to SJU, but he has a great relationship with book at Xavier. IMO, it's a no-brainer since we play in the BEST conference in the country... unless he really wants to "get away" from his parents & the city.... Hopefully BOTH of them realize that if they sign with St. John's that we IMMEDIATELY become a legit contender for the BE title & are a potential sweet 16 team as well. A few "breaks" here & there & who knows.... stay HOME fellas, u won't regret it!!



p.s. - nothing like WINNING in this city... we can OWN it once again if u boys choose to wear the Red & White.. ;D .. peace!
