Francessa just called Iona 1 of his "pet" teams this year. Mentioned the win as well

Pretty sure he's friends with Cluess.  Francessa lives in Manhasset which is where St. Mary's is.  Cluess made his name as coach of St. mary's for years.

  Aren't they 1-3?

Yes, lost to Cleveland St,Kent St and Bryant.

Francessa and Russo always had Jeff Ruland on when he was at Iona

Iona will be in the 2011 Puerto Rico Tip-Off Tourney...you got your tickets Baldi?

Looks like I will be owning Puerto Ricans next November!

Wagner, with the Brothers Hurley, beat SUNY-Stony Brook for its second win of the year on Sunday.
The program won 5 games over all of last year.

Yeah, my father's a SB season ticket holder who skipped that game thinking it was a gimme. He was itching about it last night especially after their football failure the day before.

You bet they do.  They went 22-10 or something like that last year and lost in the first round of the NIT's to Illinois.  Confidence was high coming into the season especially against 5 win teams from a year ago.   :)
