1st tape I ever bought was License to ILL, was in 7th grade. Thats the best rap record ever imo. When I was at Iona, I DJ'd at 1 of the bars, my roommate bartended. WE had a Beastie Boy night, I had to play them for an hour and a hal straight

They were great every time I saw them. They blew Smashing Pumpkins the F away when they were billed under them at Lollapalooza.

Sad to hear the news. I love the Beastie Boys. InterGalatic is the sh_t. I'm huge fan and that is a huge loss.
