 The Calendar. Its a very nice feature. Anyone can post an event.

New Posts since last login feature on the top right

New Replies to your posts since last login

RSS Feed is another way to search through new posts

The replies thread of most recent is another way to search

Click Members and its so great to toggle and contact other members including their own websites, messaging systems, emails, etc.

Split Topics- If something goes off topic you can split the thread to make into 2

Report to a Moderator button- Makes snitching on each other so much easier

Total time you have been logged in for....really monitor how much time you spend on your johnnies.

I think it looks a lot cleaner, fresher, crisper....there are so many quality features

also at the bottom where you post above the quick reply once you add that in which I agree is a nice feature too is "Jump to:" I know a bunch of people bitched before about clicking too much well you can jump to In the Jungle... to 2009 recruiting to off topic without ever having to go back to the main page

Anyways I can modifies to take that flashin "NEW" off them posts? Cause when Im prowsin at work Is dont want all my coworkers and bosses to be lured to this here screen.

Choz,

You'll see a button in the middle of the home page on the forum on the right hand side. "Mark as Read" This should eliminate all those flashy "New" signs.

Another new feature is a "Buddy list" You can add your friends forum names to your forum buddy list or perhaps your favorite poster to easily track their posts.
