Got email notice/link ...It's awful....plain, generic options to start.

If they could even just offer 1-2 of the decent ones, with old style font logo....anything but this trash. Can only hope it gets better.

IDK if you’re thinking about the right things here. Sure it may be plain. Point taken.

But consider this: when you put that Nike sweatshirt on, you’ll not only be supporting St.John’s, you’ll be championing one of the most powerful democratic voices in the world, and contributing to each and every one of their political alliances.

We are. (NIKE)

This where I get very confused with college apparel and such.

Two points- from the uniforms the team wears, Nike does not go all out with creativity because the school does not buy a high enough package from them? Other schools have better designs I do not know why we are simpler. Does that explain it?

For fan apparel sold in stores- does the same principle apply? There are so many potential designs and cool logos the school can use with things even throwback etc. Why do we go simple? Is it the same concept- we only order the cheap stuff to sell fans?? And also- I never see our stuff in NYC athletic apparel stores despite us being the most local team. Is that part of the contracting issue too?
