On Monday, Bowen also received scholarship offers from UNLV, St. John's and Texas Tech. He said the first school to call him at Midnight was Miami and the first school to text him was Maryland.
"With St. John's, I talked to coach Chris Mullin and one of their assistants. He said he's seen me play. He said he saw video on me, and I look like a big guard, I like to lead my teammates. He said he needs guards that can shoot well and they like everything I can do," Bowen said.
