Figured this deserved a thread. Our biggest complaint was defens and rebounding. As of today SJU leads the Big East in FG% defense and #2 in offensive rebounds. We have done a 180 in these categories, which we have been awful for decades. It's the most important part of our growth and imo a kudos to coaching staff is due. Our offense still hasn't hit our stride. I think we are offensively a ton better than we have been playing, yet we are still winning with defense. Our trajectory looks great on defense alone. Get Lovett back and that may happen. We gain frontcourt depth next year as well...
