Does St. John's even need Harrow? This might disrupt the feng shui of the class

Lav and Gottfriend are good friends.  Not sure if that means we have a shot or if Lav wouldn't go there out of respect to Gottfried who just lost him.

Be interesting to see if Erik Copes asks out of his NLI at GW after the Hobbs firing.

He only committed to GW because his uncle Roland Houston is the assistant.  New coach may not keep Houston.

His AAU coach has been reported getting the open Assistant spot at UCLA.   Could play a roll.  They graduate both PGs next season, and the only one they have signed after that is Sr. Larry Drew, for 1 year after sitting out the transfer year in 2012.

Jeff Borzello just tweeted that he plans to visit UK, Louisville, Georgia, Texas and SJU.

Wow, former 5 star pg from 2010. Still think he ends up at UK.

BTW-Harrow actually tweeted the info himself @12Harrow and it was picked up by Borzello and later Alex Kline.

Very interesting.  Kid would obviously have to sit a year but can ball.

Yes he did and he avg. 9 points and about 3 assists.

BTW-It appears his family is originally from NY.  We must have missed this.  According to an article on the Louisville scout.com site his trainer said this about SJU:

“Everybody has been talking about Kentucky, but I haven’t heard anything about Kentucky [from Ryan],” Edwards said. “I think he’s interested in Louisville. I know he likes one or two schools in the Big East. He likes St. John’s – his family is from New York.”

How come I never heard of this kid?

When you're a kid from New York and you do it in New York, that lasts forever!

Kid looks to have a world of talent. If he can tone it down a bit he can be a beast. Lavin's history with guards has to impress.

According to his mother UK, Texas and SJU are getting official visits while Georgia and Louisville are in the mix for visits but have not been finalized yet.
