What would be most shocking?

A) Going winless in the BE
B) 500 record in the BE
C) Going winless in the BE and Norm is retained

For me B would be the most shocking

C.  This is college ball.  Even a blind squirrel CAN find a nut.  Not likely, but Dennis Felton got that Georgia team to the NCAAs.  And no one goes 0-for-conference unless they're Northwestern.   And have you seen DePaul?  (I say that now, but watch Dar Tucker go off on them in February while I eat my words.)

Anything COULD happen.  None of those will.

I was going to say A. until I saw C.

Rutgers, Depaul, USF should all be wins. We can split with Seton Hall and Cincy. I don't think its impossible to steal 3 more wins besides that and get 8.

... if the coaching were better. 

Providence could steal those wins, and while people might think they're much more talented... they are not.  They're wildly flawed, weak on defense, can't shoot straight and it's time to call Geoff McDermott overrated.  BUT.  They could win 8 with good coaching.

Or they could win 3 with bad coaching, like our favorite team might.
