Eugene Harvey. . over rated. . come on..     can anyone St. John's fan honestly say they would rather have Malik over Eugene...

Eugene is not a superstar but I don't think he is overrated...

easily Edgar Sosa.  I'm not sure how/why he gets playing time on louisville.  Also Jeff Adrien...who is good but is made out to be so much more.

Agreed on Dominic James - Marquette fans are a little crazy for a guy who takes a lot of shots he can't make.  But his assist to turnover ratio was over 2 last year, he's a good passing guard.  He'll never make the NBA for very long.  And Edgar Sosa?  He's unspectacular and not solid.  Maybe if he was on St. John's we'd love him as some kind of savior, but on Louisville he's nearly a weak link.  I don't think he's overrated, though - I've never heard someone say "man, Edgar Sosa's the best point in the Big East".

I dont think he's overrated. He was Big East "honorable mention" at end of season,
exactly what he was.

He came in 3 years ago ranked #20SF per scout. (barely a 4 star recruit?)

Scottie Reynolds... no doubt about it in my book... this guy is a "chucker" of the highest order... everytime i watch them i'm shocked that Jay Wright NEVER gets in this kid's face. Especially after he takes yet another AWFUL shot without even passing the ball once after bringing the ball up.. :o .. btw - Sosa a close second.

The jury is still out on Mase because of the injuries... once again, the kid missed 9 games last year & literally played the rest of the year on one foot. Just when he started to hit his stride(back to back 29 pt games) the kid from SF rolled up on the back of his legs & re-injured his ankle for the THIRD time.. ::) .. bottom line, if Mase is fiinally healthy for an entire season, has a BIG year & sju makes a post-season run. There is no way u could consider him "overrated" at that point... plus,  u gotta feel for the kid. He really wants to be the guy that helped SJU get back to it's winning ways & now he's got one LAST shot to pull it off.. 8) .. peace!

p.s. - Mase was seen yesterday on campus... he's definitely RIPPED and READY to go!!!

I don't like this guy at all. I do think a lot of people overrate him because he isn't as good as anyone makes him out to be. Honestly his stats are very comparable to that of our very own Eugene Lawrence, everyone's favorite whipping boy.
