4 star PG originally from the Philly burbs. 247 currently has him ranked 77. I believe he's at the same school as Brakefield and where McGriff played. He's currently playing at the NBPA Top 100 camp where DeAnte' Mitchell spoke to him. Hoggard said about SJU "Mike Anderson wants me to come in and be me."
On a side note, DeAnte Mitchell is a tremendous new guy covering the SJU beat for Rivals. He's at the Top100 camp, where our entire staff is attending, and is asking fans to send in questions for recruits. Absolute must follow on twitter.
