Congrats to DJ.  Hopefully he can keep his head up through all of this and continue to put up monstrous numbers and maybe next year under new guidance we can get these kids to an NCAA tournament, they are good kids and they deserve it.

Sad that the box score shows he played well.
His points came during garbage time.

Ehh I don't know about that. He scored pretty consistently over the course of the game and hit a couple of big threes to keep us in when we were about to be out.

Thats why they have him as a late second round pick because he doesnt really have a definite NBA position. They guy is a playmker though, he can rebound, pass, and get to the hoop. His shooting including his 3pt shooting has improved also.

Don't knock him that hard, xhoops.  If he can play defense he can be a backup 2 guard; he makes a lot of plays on the floor.  He has improved his shot from beyond the arc, he can dribble a little.  I could see him having a place.

Why the hell are we talking about the NBA?
None of our players like BE players right now.

DJ has a ton of work to do before he even enters the discussion.
Hopefully, a new coach can help him get noticed.

Terrence Williams was a better college player than DJ.

i disagree. dj plays much better individual defense, better court vision, and more athleticism. williams has size, poise and finishing ability but i would take dj.

Fair enough,  but terrence williams was a lottery pick.  Dj won't be.
