Kevin Marfo | Class of 2016 Worcester Academy / 6'7" / 215 lbs

There is nothing flashy about the game of Kevin Marfo, but he is so solid and effective that more and more high-major schools are going to begin to pay attention to him. At nearly 6-foot-8 with good hands, a nice touch, and a good understanding of rebounding, Marfo is a very productive player who just knows how to compete. Rhode Island, Boston College, St. Joseph’s, Providence, Xavier, Georgia Tech, St. John’s, and a host of others are involved in Marfo’s recruitment.

I recall seeing him last week at the Peach Jam.  I never wondered much about him (other than I liked his play), as I didn't believe we were targeting him.  BABC was in the same pool as Each 1 Teach 1, NY Lightning, and PSA Cardinals.  Considering, we're recruiting kids from those respective squads, the staff had a chance to see Marfo play a few times. 

He's a bull on the blocks, and plays extremely hard.
