I went to the NBA Summer League website to see if DAngelo has played yet. Instead, I find what I believe to be DJ Kennedy playing for the Rockets and seems to be killing it so far. Can anyone confirm?

Looks like you're right. I totally missed that, good for him... Averaging almost 16 per game and over 8 rebounds. Rockets play the Bucks today at 4pm but it looks like Okafor and the Sixers are the game on NBA TV at 4:30

He sacrificed a lot of money to hang around the D-League.  I hope it works out for him.  A little ironic that he is on the Rockets summer league squad, as many of us have compared him to a poor man's Harden in the past.
