We all know D-Lo and Jordan will be the 1-2 punch but who steps up? I'll make this a two part question too. Will they score over 10 ppg?
-
I would think CO would be a more consistent scorer. PG will have bigger single games but inside scoring will be more consistent especially if jordan is breaking down the D. I have a feeling that Thomas may have a decent 8 PPG just in put back offensive rebounds
-
I think it's Obekpa. He's going to be playing a ton of minutes. It's his time to shine.
-
CO
-
I think because Lavin loves PG he will be playing a lot and be our 3rd leading scorer. CO will play a ton, providing he doesn't foul out. Although he will improve offensively, he wont be a real offensive threat. Hopefully ,he could be a garbage man, rebounding missed shots and putting them in for easy baskets.
-
CO could be the 3rd leading scorer on the team but if he shoots less than 60% from the field it won't be a positive. Even if CO has improved his offensive game, I still never want to see him go 1 on 1 with his back to the basket against a Big East forward or see him take any jump shots ever. In my perfect world he would shoot about 65-70% from the field because all he would take is extremely high percentage shots. I think with Sheed's penetration skills and defenses focusing on everybody but him he could get enough of those high percentage looks to be the 3rd or 4th leading scorer if he puts himself in the right positions.
-
I see a bunch of guys in the 7-9 range. Dont think anyone else besides Dlo and Jordan will get 10 per game. Im going with whoever gets more minutes between Thomas and Jones, and I think that will be Thomas.
-
It's between CO and Greene. Both could blow up. I'd give the nod to Greene and I think he's slightly over 10.
-
Greene's shot volume makes him logical choice
-
Greene seemed to have a much improved 3pt shot last year. He should be open a lot more if rysheed and D'lo play as expected. I expect him to be 3rd leading scorer and probably at or above 10ppg.

Sir Dom
-
I think PGIV -- will get plenty of minutes, and should get plenty of looks. If he can knock em' down from deep like last year or even a better percentage, I think he'll be the 3rd guy. :knuppel2:
-
Thomas--way our FG %age has been and the way he rebounds, he could have a lot of put backs.
-
I'm going with Phil Greene putting up 11.8 ppg.

I'm going 11.81 in case this is a price is right type question
-
Dee 21 ppg
Sheed 15 ppg
Phil 14 ppg

It's going to be . . . Jordan.
Up to you to decide whether that's a good thing or a lost season.

Interesting.
What makes you say that?
Do you think jordan will underperform? Or do you just see him being more of a facilitator for others ?

If Jordan can run the offense, the team will benefit more than they will if he plays like one of those scoring guards. Let him take over at times, but let's not hope that to be the first play we look to run.
