Mine is pretty straight forward…

I wish that all the guys play up to their full potential. If that were to happen, we would quickly surprise many BE teams and move right into the middle of the pack.

A new coach with ANY kind of head coaching experience.  This team will never achieve any kind of sustained success under our present coach, Lance or no Lance.
