Nope! He's not older than me. I got him beat. I'm 61, will be 62 in march. I have arthritis in the left ankle to prove it. Ouch!

I can't see the connection between the "yelling fire in a crowded theatre" argument and the rantings of Realfan, over the interweb no less, at all.

Maybe he should get a one day reinstatement.  He would be in real form after last nights clunker.
