I wouldn't say they were disliked.  However the team was very cliquey (sp).
The more I think of it I think Cuffe didn't go and Hamilton was in fact there but had a very minor suspension, no?

Cuffe definitely didn't go. I remember him saying he didn't like going out to celebrate after losses, so he just stayed in and read for a while.

Favorite -   Curtis Johnson

Least - Tomas Jasiulionis

Even though Big Curtis never played that much, when he did get into the game, he was always smiling and seeming to really be having fun out there.

Curtis had the biggest feet Ive eve seen. I think he plays for 1 of those teams that comes and plays for the kids, something like the Globetrotters?

He played at my kids school with the barnstorming troop the Harlem Wizards about 5 years ago.  He hasn't played with them for years.

Ingram was another kid that i didn't particularly like on the court, not to mention his off court issues.  Didn't he miss 20 3 pointers one night in Syracuse?  He was a chucker. He also had one of the uglier shots I have ever seen...Chucky Sproling he was not.

Ingram was terrible, most overrated player to come to St Johns

He wasn't so bad.  He was just young.  Had an ugly shot so I naturally found him appealing and Wasju must have hated him.  Played very well after the transfer when he led the Aggies to the dance.  Was sorely missed when he tranferred out following the Steel city sexcapade.

I remember a big game from him in the Ucla win at the garden.

Big guys who clear space for their team mates and can shoot a little always have a place in my heart and make me want to add Donald Emanuel to this list.

Can't believe it, but my favorite is Dwight Hardy.  Least favorite is Keita the snitch.

I can't get his 1-21 Syracuse performance out of my head when I think of him.
When you're a kid from New York and you do it in New York, that lasts forever!

This decade sucked for SJU. And I don't have to play by Baldi's rules. To quote Roddy Piper" when people think they know the answer I change the question."

You really don't like quoting posts for responses :)

For some reason I can no longer do this at work. Since I do 99% of posting from work lets just say I can no longer quote previous posts. Some little box comes up and nothing happens??? I can at home so 1% of the time all is good.
