Wilson looked good against LuHi.  Facey not so good against Hayes.  It's just one game tho.

Hayes big man is pretty good so I'm guessing he neutralized Facey.

The best thing Hayes did to neutralize Kenton Facey was to pressure LuHi's perimeter guys and keep the ball from getting inside.  Facey showed footwork and athleticism even in a ooor game statistically that indicate that he's a major college recruit.  And btw Wilson is too.

This kid is a great prospect, smart, quick and team first. Love that staff is balancing national focus on recruiting with identifying local kids with great potential like Wilson and Galan

Interesting because minimal has been said about Newkirk thus far outside of a NY Post article back in the summer about all of Team Scan.

Not many haha.

Jordan has mentioned us but seems to be heavy lean towards Temple.  I'd even put Maryland up there after Temple for his services.

Sina has us listed along with half the free world and seems to be wide open.  As much as I like his game I don't see it happening.

Rector and Wilson we are not mentioned with.  Rector is blowing up, Wilson trending down.  Rector I'd love as a backup PG but I think he wants something bigger and immediate PT.

Good spot for him;

“@NYPost_Brazille: Cardinal Hayes PG Tyler Wilson has committed to Manhattan. Great player, better person. Smart move by the Jaspers. #collegehoops”
