Our NET Can look a lot better if UWV can beat Ohio St.....up 5 with 8 minutes left...UWV will then probably be ranked in the top 10.

Our resident expert said the WV win wouldn’t be a quad 1 win for long.

WVU knocks off a true final 4 contender in OSU today. Great resume notch for the Johnnies.

He has multiple personalities. If we win New Year’s Eve he will be telling everyone he knew it from the beginning.

Great win for WVU and in turn for us...my best friend during college went to WVU....He was so mad after the Johnnies win last month....I just texted him and said “thanks for helping us 2x this year”

Clearly, there must be some mistake.

SJ 66  Butler 63.  They can not handle pace and pressure

I haven’t taken the time to understand exactly what a quad 1 win is. So it would be foolish of me to bet. West Virginia was only expected to be a middle of the pack team in their conference.
Still I don’t get your behavior. That was a good win. Why aren’t you happy? Is it as good as beating the 3rd best team from the MAC?
18 games left. If we win enough our schedule will only be looked at as a positive. Plenty of chances to impress the committee.

WV is 9 in NET, Arizona is 18. Both are well within Q1 for now. Obviously anything could happen.

For the losses, Arizona St. is up to 57, so that may end up being a Q1 loss (if they move into the top 50).  Right now Vermont is at 88, so that may end up being a Q2 loss (top 75).

Butler is currently 4, and every other BE team is top 53 except PC, so a lot of opportunities. Based on the current rankings that’s 12 more Q1 games remaining on the schedule.

I simply wrote that I didn’t think it would be a quad1 win for long because the game was at home. Had the game been played on a neutral court or on the road than it likely would remain a Quad1 win.

right now, we're 57 and Gtown is 58.  This is a big Q1 game.  We have Q1 wins over 11 (WV) and 13 (Zona); those are huge resume wins.  Losing to Butler (3) and Xavier (38) doesn't hurt, but they'll need to rack up some wins against the hoyas, friars, and depaul.

while tonight's game against the friars is Q2, they've actually climbed the NET rankings up to 91.  They just passed vermont, who is at 96.  WV just keeps climbing, they're up to 9.  butler is 2, zona is 16.  xavier is falling, but that's still a Q1 game.  ASU (56) is close to being a Q1 game as well.

right now, SJU's Q1 record is 2-3; Q2 is 1-1.
