Be nice, he couldn't adjust well to the NY weather and caught a bad case of Red Storm fever that he can't seem to shake until Spring comes around.

But in all seriousness, the AD needs to swallow his pride and realize how bad of a hire it was and actually pour some investment into a real coach who may spark a competitive spirit in us again. For a program that was once proud to become such a laughingstock is very sad to see.

Anderson does not get a pass. He was hired to win and beat these teams. And he has failed miserably. Never liked the hire to begin with.

First off, should not have axed Lav. Second- if you do ax Lav you don't hire Mullin you hire a proven winner because at that time our brand still had some value. Third, if you ax Mullin (who looks like a legend compared to Anderson with what he recruited and brought here) you sure as heck don't go cheap and hire Anderson then extend him for stupid money that boxes you in. He had no track record of going very far in the tourney. Now our brand is damaged worse than when he got it and we have to hope we get a better coach after this miserable experiment is over at season's end. I am not optimistic.
