PROVIDENCE — A Seton Hall University basketball recruit who was declared academically ineligible last year is now suing the Providence-based Big East Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association in federal court in Providence.

Michael Glover, a 6-foot-6 power forward who was expected to be the best player in Seton Hall’s 2007-08 freshman class, is asking the U.S. District Court to declare him a “qualified” student-athlete and to award him the equivalent of four years’ tuition at Seton Hall, a Catholic university in South Orange, N.J.



Kid trying to sue for 4 years free tuition because of his own problems.

Could he go to Junior college (dont know where he was in Jan 08) to qualify ?

According to your article, the ex-PSAL student is not suing Seton Hall.
