Article from the Torch, student news paper, new blog. I like the fact they are getting more involved and more in depth with their coverage of sports. The more the better. The gist of the article is about the commitments of Dwight Hardy and Omari Lawrence.

Talented writer, but if Norm is such a good recruiter, why is this 2008 class possibly the wors in the school's history.

When did a community college start getting referred to as a prep school?

"Roberts is a master recruiter. It’s what he’s known for."

Coaching makes more of an impact that most would be willing to admit.

Look at the Giants under Spagnoulo for that.  Tim Lewis was a nightmare as a defensive coordinator.  The giants were routinely giving up 30-40 pts a game with Strahan, Osi, Tuck, Pierce, Gibril Wilson, Webster, Butler, etc.  Spags came in and in ONE YEAR turned them into the best defense in football by playoff time.
