What conference is top dog next year? ACC,Big East?

Mountain West has some pretty good teams. In the A10, Xavier will take a step back, and of course they have Fordham dragging the conference down

i dont think fordham could possibly have a worse year than this year...theyd have to try really hard

Did you watch the Mountain West?  They were tough teams!  But those teams (SDSU, UNLV, Mew Mex, Utah) have a number of seniors leaving... but BYU could be really tough.

The A-10 could be kind of weak - no Sean Miller, and their conference has some serious disparity between the upper teams and the St. Bonaventure/ Fordham/ St. Louis/ GW/ Charlotte part of the standings.  Dayton, Duquesne, Xavier and maybe Richmond will lift their RPI.  Maybe with some help from St. Louis. 

The Big 12?  But, wait, Baldi doesn't acknowledge them as a real conference.
