What type offense should be used this coming season?

Norm should be using a combination of flex, motion, and pro offense to obtain better for his player. For example flex tight could use Sean Evans setting a pick behind the defender whose guarding Paris Horne for drive by, midrange shot, or feeding Evans for a slam. Tight meaning leaving no way for defender to move on the scene.

I'd like to see this team run and push the ball up the court as much asa possible. We have the pieces in place
