I also have to say that I think Mason is going to go off.  He finally doesn't have to do everything.  He can do his thing.  We got so lucky with him coming back this year.  It's actually incredible.

I'm going to have to disagree with you here. I think there is certainly enough talent to make the NCAA tournament.

Where do you see the talent to make an NCAA tournament. The team lacks a quality point guard and center..?

I have to agree with Dave here.  Dude, we won 16 games with five soph's!  We should have won 17 if DJ wasn't kicked out of the Cincy game.  That is just insane with out PG playing hurt or not at all (nine games) and NOTHING to back him up.

We bring back an all-conference honorable mention fifth-year senior and some scoring punch.

All these kids are awesome.  DJ, Paris, Sean, JB....they are saying the right things and working their arses off.

20 should put us on the bubble.  Is it really that far fetched to win an extra three games with everyone coming back beter, Mase, a real backup PG, JB without a facemask, etc?

Dude,  2 wins vs G'town  1 win vs.  Notre Dame.  I'll give you one more in beating Seton hall.   Thats 4 DECENT wins last year.   Lets not get crazy.  That being said,  we should be much better this year.  Last year, however,  is not something to look back on for inspiration.  Plus our OCC  schedule looks a bit tougher than last years cupcake brigade.

Man I am sorry but Mason Jr is just not a good player in this league. If Norm settles back to him as the first option on offense you are going to have a ton of unhappy players. He trys to dominate the ball and takes terrible shots.

I just don't think the kid has it in him to be a team player when it matters. The guys that flourished last year with out him, especially Paris Horne, will take steps backward with Mason around this year.
