Red Storm dreaming of 5-0 start [NYPost]

From Bayside to Bensonhurst, from City Island to Staten Island, from Harlem to Wall Street, there are St. John's fans yearning to step out of their homes, thrust their hands to the sky and scream, "We're back!"

Their team is 3-0, having won games it almost surely would have lost last season. Averaging 77 points per game, scoring is up 11 points from last season.

And the league in which St. John's plays, the Big East, suddenly doesn't resemble the NBA's Western Conference, although a man at Wednesday's Thanksgiving dinner at the St. John's Bread and Life Soup Kitchen in Bed-Stuy, boldly told coach Norm Roberts he should schedule the Nets.
