Contrast To Women's Team

I know it is hard to compare two different products. However, one must be impressed by the job the Women's team coach has done, coming from the pits with 3 wins in her first season. The ability to recruit excellent local players, compete with the big programs, develop good game strategies (yes, I have seen them play), crack the top 25 and work with existing facilities, etc. overshadows the work Norm has done to date under similar conditions. Just food for thought and one man's opinion. A smart coach can overcome many ills.

Coach Kim is doing a fantastic job on all fronts. The best thing about this team is yet to come; they start 2-3 freshmen most games, and have another talented class coming in next season. If they stay healthy and all stay here, this will be a top 10 team in  2-3 years.
