Who left the next coach with more talent?

Jarvis-left Daryll Hill (a top 25 recruit) and Hamilton.  They were both All-conference at some point in their respective careers.

I believe he also left Missere, Tyler Jones, and Ryan Williams?

Norm will leave behind:  Omari, Stith, and Quincy.

Norm also has Ron Roberts and Davonty GRace signed up.  If they committ despite Norm being fired, I think Norm leaves more talent.
