Top 100/ Revised Rankings come out today
« on: August 24, 2010, 11:57:40 AM »
Obviously, rankings are not the be-all, end-all.  But interesting that the guys at Scout.com have been mentioning that depth-wise, the 2011 class isn't very good.  Strong at top, weak farther down.  Of course, this is the year there are 10 scholarships to fill.

Do you guys agree?

Rivals: http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/rankings/rank-2288

They're a little moist over Norvel Pelle (19).

LeBryan Nash at 4
DeAndre Daniels, 9
Josiah Turner, 10
Pelle, 19
Quinn Cook, 28
Kadeem Jack, 33
D'Angelo Harrison, 41
Amir Garrett, 51
Cezar Guerrero, 61
Myles Mack, 119
Tyler Harris, 128
Jermaine Sanders, 134

Fairly different from Scout's list.

It is nice to see St. John's listed with a good chunk of guys on those lists, but I would really like to see Lavin get a commitment soon.  I think it could be a domino effect and a great selling point for Lavin after one big name commits.  Here is to hoping that we see a big time commitment soon.
