Question about the Holiday Festival

I have a doubt about the Holiday Festival.

Who chooses the teams? It can´t be St. John´s because we don´t play all the years.

Or the Holiday Festival calls St. John´s as first team and when we say yes then we look for the other teams.

I'd also like to know this, I'm assuming the Garden gets the teams to come with Monasch having some sort of say but I have no clue.

We avoided it when we could have smoked everyone from 98 to 00.
