As bad as Melo has been, we haven't seen too many guys that big.

Their Bigs are great but they miss alot of outside shots. Hopefully we are hot and they are ice cold.

While I find SU fans more obnoxious than the convict followers (anyone who was at MSG for a sunday game a few years ago in a blizzard will know what I mean about the drunken louts with the foulest of mouths), I would be totally surprised if our lads could overcome them tonight.  Having lost by 30 two years ago and 20 last year, do we have a mathematical progression--a loss by 10 this year.

The game SU played on Saturday gives one a smidge of hope.  the Hall lost by 5 while shooting something like 3 for 25 from 3 point range.  Our team has demonstrated great discipline this year trying to shoot within their range and as usual SU is a miserable foul shooting team.  If the team is to have one BIG upset win this year, this is the one I want rather than Duke as this is a conference game.

The players claim that loss still stings from 2 years ago. Outside of USF, our guys have been embarrassed by every BE team at least once. As far as SU fans being obnoxious, I completely agree. It's hard to stomach them laughing at us while we're getting our teeth kicked in.

But still, Johnny fans need to remember, that they have fed the beast. Of our fans and students supported the program, we wouldn't have to listen to it for 2 hours.
