NCAA to begin to ban tournament teams with low APR

If new rule was in place Cuse as well as K state, Ohio St, Purdue and SD State would have missed NCAA Tournament last yr.

I really don't care for the way they calculate APR though.  Kids that are going to play pro ball and kids that transfer create big hits.  Those two things have little to do with the academic performance of kids on the team.

Pretty sure that is respected in the numbers.  So long as they leave in good academic standing there is no issue.
