Think you guys are missing the joke
Actually the non player doesn't need to pass. I had an sju player copy off me and he wound up getting a higher grade than I did. Will remain nameless to protect the guilty. 
When I went to St Johns, John Hempel used to cheat off me LOL
In my and a couple of my buddies opinions Hempel may have been ticked off about a lack of playing time and his apparently disinterested poor play helped cost us the NCAA T game against Depaul which was lead at the time if I remember correctly by Dallas Comegegys.
