When Frank Ben-Eze shunned offers from the Big East and ACC for Harvard, he made headlines. Now the senior out of Bishop O'Connell is in the news again.

Frank Ben-Eze, a 6-foot-10, 230 pounder out of Arlington (Va.) Bishop O’Connell is about to become one of the prime frontcourt targets on the board in the Class of 2008.
Ben-Eze, originally a member of the vaunted Harvard recruiting class, is no longer part of the Crimson program.

“Frank has de-committed from Harvard and opened his recruitment back up,” D.C. Blue Devils head coach Rob Jackson told Scout.com.

When Ben-Eze picked Harvard, he rejected offers from Virginia, Virginia Tech and Marquette. At this stage in the game we’d expect dozens of programs

I think he's supposed to make his choice soon, between Davidson and some other schools.

http://scouthoops.scout.com/2/751424.html says he's going to Davidson; so does the Hodge Report http://slog.cstv.com/hodgereport_bb/2008/04/beneze_ready_to_announce.html.
