Why was uptempo thread locked? Becuase of the mild argument between Paultz and me?? If so that is ridiculous!

Agree. I don't see a reason why it needed to be locked.

So I'm guessing since the Up Tempo thread is still going it was a mistake?

Being a moderator is a thankless job and I appreciate the work Dave and the mods do in this board. I know that there is a fine line between what went on in the heyday on BEB and how quoting a Caddyshack line on Redmen can get you a warning. The posters on this site argue but keep it clean and I appreciate the fact that hardly any threads get locked and I am glad the up-tempo thread was unlocked if it was even intentionally done.

I didn't see anything nor is there any log from a moderator. I'm guessing someone just had fat fingers on their phone/ipad or simply misclicked.

I will lock this thread though as the issue has been resolved.
