Lets hope this leak of a contract extension doesn't take away from the task at hand.

you guys were off on this one from beginning. He was getting a contract extension even if he went 2 and 16 this year. This school was not going the new coach route again anytime soon if Lavin wanted to stay. Sorry, but that is facts. And they were never going the Manhattan route again. That was never an option. Sorry if you believe that guys.

By the way: I never said Lavin was a great strategy guy, but it was never about X' and O's here. He is well like by those who pull the strings at SJU. That is why I could never understand the Fire Lavin threads. Just a waste of everybody's time here.
