30 Second Shot Clock

If you haven't heard already, I figured I'd bring this to everyone's attention. To note, the amount of time outs per half has also descended from 4 to 3. Also, if a coach's TO is taken within a certain timeframe of the media 16-12-8-4 TO, it will no longer be doubled up, allowing the coach's TO to validate as the media TO. Each of these moves are a positive, allowing a smoother pace of game, and the 3 TO's should allow for 2nd halfs to run a lot quicker below the 3:55 TO when fouls pile up. See link below:
