Can St. John's finish better than 7th place this year in the Big East?
No. Assuming we are better than Providence and DePaul that puts us in 8th. We'd have to jump over two teams to get to 6th. Which two teams would we jump over? Obviously not Nova, X, Creighton. Marquette looked really good in beating down Vanderbilt on a neutral floor. Georgetown has too much talent for even JT3 to have them fall to 8th. SHU and Butler are solid and experienced. Can't see us jumping one yet alone two of those teams this year
