What are you guys' facilities priorities? I figure Carnesecca Arena is top of list, but to what degree and what do we need to attract players to Queens in that regard?

What are you guys' facilities priorities? I figure Carnesecca Arena is top of list, but to what degree and what do we need to attract players to Queens in that regard?

Check out Northwestern's facilities upgrade project. Wildly impressive. SJU won't have the same resources that a Northwestern has but the priorities should be similar in terms of upgrading all the facilities across the board. Gotta have nice stuff to get nice players.

And you have to have fans/alumni open their checkbooks and contribute if you want a successful upgrade.
